Sara Ochoa, M.S., RMFTI
Sara is a Colombian-born- and raised Psychotherapist.
​
She earned her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University, College of Osteopathic Medicine.
​
Sara works with an integrative and strengths-based approach, while incorporating mindfulness and holistic principles.
Sara believes therapy is a collaborative process between herself and her clients. She helps couples and families to understand and respect one another, acknowledge, define, and negotiate their difference, and resolve conflicts into safe, supportive, and healthier relationships.
Sara incorporates warmth, genuineness, and humor into her work, aiming to create a safe space where diverse client systems feel comfortable engaging in greater understanding and resiliency to create a long-standing, meaningful change.

Sara works with children and adults individually and in group settings.
