Monik Mossini, M.S., LMHC, is a Brazilian-born psychotherapist with dual degrees in Mental Health Counseling and School Counseling from CAU. Known for her compassionate, individualized approach, Monik is trained in DBT, CBT, and Mindfulness, specializing in anxiety and mood disorders to help clients achieve self-acceptance and meaningful change.
A published author, Monik has contributed articles such as Efficacy of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy Skills in Addressing Emotional Dysregulation Among Adolescents and has been featured in Insession Magazine. She is also the author of Raising Resilient Teenagers: A Guide for Parents ©, a foundational resource for her DBT skills training program for parents.
