Eating Disorder Services
Outpatient Services (OP)
We offer individual psychotherapy to those who may present some symptoms of disordered eating and want to work towards building a better relationship with their body and food.
Intensive Outpatient (IOP)
Intensive outpatient services are typically provided to people who present to treatment with an eating disorder, and may need additional help which include psychotherapy, nutritional counseling, and holistic services. These services can be provided individually, or affordable group therapy.
Partial Hospitalization (PHP)
Partial Hospitalization is provided for individuals who have moderate to severe eating disorder diagnosis. This setting receives the same services as IOP with more "catered care," psychotherapy.

We start to separate disordered eating from regular dieting and lifestyle changes when these behaviors start to interfere with our everyday life. Consider reaching out to our team if you find yourself saying yes to the following questions:
Do you try to avoid going out to eat because it interfere's with your food plan?
Are you comfortable spending a couple of days without working out?
Do you focus on certain body parts when you look at yourself in the mirror?
Do you weigh yourself more than once a day, or avoid weighing yourself in general?
Does your behaviors related to food and size feel "out of control"?
Do you exercise/diet/vomit to "make up," for sudden changes in diet?
